Read two different water figures
A liters-per-day rating describes extraction under stated conditions. Tank capacity describes how much collected water fits before emptying; it does not tell you how much the machine removes each day. ENERGY STAR’s buying guidance also treats temperature, moisture conditions and the space as sizing factors. Its program criteria do not certify the local offers here.
Before choosing between 20L/Day and 30L/Day, ask for the rating temperature and humidity, operating-temperature range, room guidance and drainage instructions for the exact model. We cannot turn either headline into guaranteed daily collection or coverage of a villa floor.
When a small device makes sense

No. It is a rated extraction figure under specified conditions. Check reservoir capacity separately, and expect actual collection to change with temperature and humidity.
Will a 30L/day unit dry a whole villa floor?
The headline does not establish that. Room connections, moisture sources, temperature and the exact model’s operating guidance matter. Request a model-specific sizing recommendation.
Do I need one if I have AC?
Measure humidity and investigate moisture sources and AC operation first. Air conditioning removes moisture too; a dehumidifier may help when humidity remains high, but it does not repair leaks or ventilation faults.
